Adolescent girls experience changes and growth while facing many challenges that may be very complex. It is so vital for them to learn healthy ways to feel secure in themselves and learn healthy coping skills.

This Wellness Program focuses on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness that are key to their self-awareness.

It introduces concepts using relatable and interactive methods that incorporate horses to help each girl feel supported.

The horses and the girls will work together and learn from one another how to be their healthiest selves.

This program is presented in 2 formats: a 1-week camp during the summer and a 10-week curriculum with weekly sessions in the spring and fall.

The cost of the program is $550 including materials and refreshments.
