Adolescent girls experience changes and growth while facing many challenges that may be very complex. It is so vital for them to learn healthy ways to feel secure in themselves and learn healthy coping skills.

This Wellness Program focuses on the 8 Dimensions of Wellness that are key to their self-awareness.

It introduces concepts using relatable and interactive methods that incorporate horses to help each girl feel supported.

The horses and the girls will work together and learn from one another how to be their healthiest selves.

This program is a 10-week curriculum with weekly sessions starting in the 3rd week of September 2026 and will end at the end of November 2026.
