White Horse Wisdom is equine-assisted coaching and learning for women over 50 who feel the pull to come home to themselves.

At White Horse Wisdom, I guide women through the next chapter of life with clarity, courage, and deep self-trust—so you don’t just think about what’s possible… you actually create it.
My Approach: Intuition + Structure (and the Wisdom of Horses)
This work blends two powerful modalities:
Creative Orientation (inspired by William Whitecloud’s The Secrets of Natural Success)
You’ll learn to orient your life around what you truly want—not what you “should” want. We use structure, creative tension, and aligned choices to bring your vision into reality.
Equine Alchemy (inspired by Linda Kohanov and Lisa Murrell)
Horses reflect what’s true beneath the surface—your energy, your patterns, your authentic leadership. With their support, you don’t just “talk about change”… you experience it in your body, your nervous system, and your sense of self.
Horses don’t respond to performance.
They respond to presence.
And that’s where your power returns.

Coaching Structure
Clients work with me in private coaching for 3, 6, or 12 months, with two sessions per month.
About 50% of our sessions include the horses, allowing the herd to mirror, reveal, and guide you into authentic clarity and next steps.
Each session is intuitive, grounded, and tailored to where you are—because no two women, and no two journeys, are the same.

Meet Monique
Hi, I’m Monique Myers—intuitive coach, equine-assisted facilitator, and the founder of White Horse Wisdom.
I work with women over 50 who have spent years showing up for everyone else… and are now hearing something deeper inside them whisper, “It’s my turn.”
My work is rooted in two powerful paths:
Creative Orientation (inspired by William Whitecloud’s The Secrets of Natural Success) and Equine Alchemy (inspired by Linda Kohanov and Lisa Murrell). Together, they create a beautiful balance of intuition and structure—so you’re not just dreaming again… you’re building what your heart has been waiting for.
Half of our coaching happens with the horses, because horses have a way of revealing what’s true—without judgment, without pressure, without performance. They help you see where you’ve been holding back, where you’ve been carrying too much, and where you’re ready to lead your life from the inside out.
In our sessions, I guide you to truly know yourself again—your heart, your voice, your truth—so you can make choices that feel aligned, alive, and deeply yours. We create a clear vision, build creative tension, and turn inner clarity into real-world momentum.
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about returning to who you’ve always been… and finally living from that place.
Monique is a certified EAL Coach, a certified Natural Success Transformation & Change Coach, certified Life Coach.
She and her daughter own Faewood Equestrian, a horseback riding school in Louisville, KY where they teach everyone that is open to it a new paradigm of horsemanship.
When working with Monique and the horses you will find out things about yourself that remained hidden and you didn't know you had within you. Your heart will connect with horses and your Soul in ways you didn't know were possible.
