WHITE HORSE WISDOM

Equine Assisted Learning & Coaching

If you don't know who you are, how can you know who you want to become?

ABOUT White Horse Wisdom

White Horse Wisdom is equine-assisted coaching for women over 50 who feel the call to reconnect to their soul, their dreams, and their purpose.
Through intuitive guidance, creative structure, and the mirror of horses, you’ll return to your truth, clarify what you want next, and create it with courage.
This is where self-trust comes back online… and your next chapter becomes real.

Imagine living the life you know deep inside your heart is yours to live, yours to create. It is possible. But, to do so you have to understand who you truly are, what's keeping you from getting there, and how to neutralize it.

When working with Monique, you will learn that everything is structural, that 'structure is sexy' and that there is a clear path to working with that structure, to intuitively know what the next step on your journey is, so you can create and realize your dream, no, better yet, your heart's desire.

Monique can coach in person, at your barn or hers, with horses or without., and even long-distance coaching through zoom.

What If I Die With My Dreams Still Inside Me?

What If I Die With My Dreams Still Inside Me?

There’s a quiet moment that comes for so many women after 50.

It’s not dramatic. It doesn’t arrive with fireworks.
It usually slips in on an ordinary day—when the kids are grown, the house is calmer, and the constant urgency of being needed starts to fade.

And suddenly, a question rises in the stillness:

“What about me?”

Not because you didn’t love your life.
Not because you aren’t grateful.
But because something inside you is waking up—something you may have put on hold for decades.

And with that awakening often comes an even deeper fear, one most women rarely say out loud:

“What if I die with my dreams still locked inside me?”

Not the fear of death…
The fear of regret.

When You’ve Spent Your Life Caring for Everyone Else…

For years, you’ve been the steady one.

You’ve been the caretaker, the organizer, the emotional anchor. You’ve held everything together in ways people may never fully understand.

And then one day, the roles shift.

Your children don’t need you in the same way anymore.

And while there can be relief in that… there can also be disorientation.

Because when you’ve lived for others for so long, it’s easy to forget what you want.

Or to feel guilty for wanting anything at all.

My Turning Point: The Moment I Dared to Want Something Again

I remember the season when I realized my children didn’t need me like they once did.

At first, I felt a surprising kind of freedom… like I could finally breathe deeper.

And then I felt something else:

A longing.

Not to go back, not to rewrite the past—but to rekindle old dreams.

The problem was… I didn’t even know what my dreams were anymore.

For the first time in my life, I dared to imagine doing something just because I wanted to.

And for a moment, I’ll be honest, it felt selfish.

But it didn’t take long to realize the truth:

I wasn’t becoming less loving.
I was becoming more me.

I’ve always loved horses. And I decided I was going to buy one—not because it would be easy, not because it was practical, but because my heart wanted it.

And then came the resistance.

Everyone had an opinion. Everyone had an idea of what horse I should buy. Their horse. Their preference. Their version of what it meant to own a horse.

But this time… I didn’t fold.

This time, I stood strong.

And I chose Ruby.

Not because she was the simplest option—but because she represented something I was trying to reconnect with:

That opinionated, strong, empowered woman inside me.

Ruby wasn’t just a horse.

She was the spark of my becoming.

This Season Isn’t the End of You. It’s the Return of You.

If you’re in this chapter of life, you may feel the clock more than you used to.

Not in a panicked way… but in a truthful way.

Time feels real now.

And that can be confronting.

But it can also be clarifying.

Because when the distractions fall away, many women finally hear their inner voice again—the voice that says:

“I’m not done.”

Why Horses Change Everything

This is one of the reasons I guide women through equine-assisted coaching.

Because horses don’t care about your age, your history, or the roles you’ve played for everyone else.

They don’t respond to performance.

They respond to presence.

To truth.

To what’s real inside you—beneath the surface.

And something profound happens when a woman stands next to a horse and realizes:

  • I can’t pretend anymore

  • I can’t overthink my way forward

  • I have to be here, now, as myself

And in that space… self-trust begins to return.

Not as an idea.
As an experience.

If This Is You, Hear This

If you’ve been wondering whether you still have it in you…

If you feel a dream stirring but you’re not sure what it is yet…

If you’ve been afraid it might be too late…

I want you to know:

The desire you feel is not random.
It’s not selfish.
It’s wisdom.

This is your invitation to become the woman your heart has been quietly calling you back to.

And if you’re ready to explore that—gently, powerfully, and in a way that feels real—I would love to guide you.

Because you haven’t missed your moment.

You’re right on time. 🐴💛✨
